STOR-N-LOCK is staying open to meet our customer’s needs. Self-Storage has been considered an essential business as many customers rely on our service to maintain supply chain continuity. We will do our best to remain open unless a governing body requires a business closure as an emergency precaution.
The health and safety of our customers and our employees is important to STOR-N-LOCK. We strive to follow guidelines from the CDC, CMS and state officials. We have taken several precautionary measures to protect the public and our employees from the COVID-19 virus. Our employees have been instructed to maintain “social distance” from other store associates. Our employees have been advised to wash their hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds and to use hand sanitizer with a minimum of at least 70% alcohol. We have closed all public restrooms. Our employees have been instructed to clean office countertops and surface areas thoroughly throughout the day. They are to clean customer touch points such as gate keypads and building entry door handles consistently as they are used throughout the day.
We ask that customers conduct business with us via phone. We are able to take payments over the phone or online. We encourage all customers to take advantage of our automatic payment program. We are also able to rent storage units to customers via email or fax. In the event a customer has to come in to one of our offices, we ask that no more than one customer be in the office at any given time. If a customer must come into our property to rent a unit, we are able to have them fill out the rental agreement in their vehicles to limit any physical interaction.
We thank you all for allowing us to meet your storage needs and to support you through this process.
